01. Engagement & Scope of Services
Martz Digital Marketing Agency ("Martz", "we", "us", "martz.live") delivers bespoke website development (Next.js, Tailwind, custom portals), social media management, creative brand identity assets, and video production. Each project is executed in accordance with the deliverables defined in the approved strategy proposal or service tier agreement.
02. Milestone Payments & Invoicing
All prices listed on martz.live are quoted transparently in USD. For fixed-scope web projects, engagement proceeds based on agreed milestones (e.g. 50% initiation deposit / 50% upon final review and production deployment). For monthly retainers (such as Social Media Management tiers), services are billed per monthly billing cycle.
03. Intellectual Property & Source Code Transfer
Upon receipt of full and final payment, 100% full intellectual property ownership, codebase repositories, domain configurations, and finalized design assets are transferred unconditionally to the Client. Martz retains the right to showcase publicly deployed visual assets and case studies in our agency portfolio.
04. Turnaround Time & Revision Guarantees
We adhere strictly to rapid delivery timelines (e.g., 5–7 days for Starter, 7–10 days for Growth). Each package includes designated rounds of revisions to guarantee total client satisfaction prior to live DNS propagation.
05. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure
Martz treats all proprietary client briefs, trade secrets, unreleased product information, customer lists, and credentials with strict commercial confidentiality. We are pleased to execute mutual Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) upon client request.
